1. Processing Time
Each Ziri Sol piece is created and packaged with care to preserve its quality and integrity.

Original Paintings: Ship within 21 business days after purchase. Each original is prepared, inspected, and professionally packed prior to shipment.

Canvas Prints and Fine-Art Cards: Made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before shipping.

Orders placed during holidays, exhibitions, or limited-edition releases may require additional time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and product size.

Canvas Prints: Shipped rolled in durable tubes or pre-stretched and boxed, depending on size.

Fine-Art Cards: Shipped flat with rigid protective backing.

4. International Shipping & Customs
Ziri Sol ships worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, determined by your country’s regulations.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Shipping Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zirisol.com.
Include photos of the packaging and artwork so our team can assist with a replacement or resolution.

6. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ziri Sol is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value shipments.
