All Ziri Sol artworks and prints are final sale.Each piece is custom-made, inspected for quality, and created with care. Because of the limited-edition nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zirisol.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Processing Time

Each Ziri Sol artwork and print is made to order with intention and care. Please allow 10–15 business days for processing before shipment. This ensures the highest quality of production, inspection, and packaging for every piece.

Shipping Information

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier transit times.

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

• Duties & Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applicable in their country.

• All pieces ship unframed.

Packaging

Each Ziri Sol canvas print is packaged with precision and care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Unframed Canvas Prints:

• Rolled with protective tissue and glassine paper to prevent scratches or rubbing.

• Sealed inside a durable, eco-friendly mailing tube for maximum protection.

• Wrapped in acid-free paper and finished with a gold Ziri Sol authenticity seal.

Stretched Canvas (if applicable):

• Wrapped in a protective sleeve, secured with corner guards, and shipped in a reinforced corrugated art box.

Included in Every Order:

• Certificate of Authenticity detailing title, edition number, and signature (if applicable).

• A Ziri Sol thank-you card introducing the piece and its care instructions.
